Other than Chiropractic, Dr. Yahya has an extensive knowledge in sports training particularly weight lifting; he has been weight lifting for over 15 years and understands the vast majority of sports injuries and how they occur.<\/p>\n \u00a0The reason he is a Chiropractor today is simply because at a young age he suffered from back pain whilst at school. Heavy school bags and poor posture took its toll on his body. His first visit to a Chiropractor was enough for him to take the path of becoming one.<\/p>\n \u00a0Dr. Yahya always had a fascination with sports, as he got older, weight lifting became his passion. Seeing how the body can be pushed to the limits and how it can change by manipulating diet and training became his life. Along the way mistakes were made and injuries were had which is why he understands the importance of having balance and equilibrium physically and mentally to achieve your goals.<\/p>\n \u00a0Yahya believes the key to living a happy lifestyle is to stay healthy in your body, mind and soul.
